Newest China Entry Policy

Effective from 0 a m., September 28,2020, foreign nationals holding valid Chinese residence permits for work, personal matters and reunion are allowed to enter China with no need to apply new visas. The holders may apply for relevant visas by presenting the expired residence permits and relevant materials to the Chinese embassies or consulates on the condition that the purpose of the holders’ visit to China remains unchanged if the above residence permits held by foreign nationals expired after 0 a.m., 28 March 2020.

And if you got a job ,and you are outside of China, you have to finish the process for the job!

1.Notification letter of work permit (10 to 15 work days)
2.Invitation letter (PU/TE) in China Foreign Affairs Office(8 to 13 workdays)
3.Z visa in Chinese embassy(Please confirm with Chinese embassy)
4.Work permit (10 to 15 work days)
5.Residence permit (7 work days)
