咱们来介绍一下游泳运动员,然后来说明一下游泳的细节哦。

Before the competition, he warmed up, like stretching arms and legs.在比赛之前他先热身,比如先做拉伸手臂和腿的动作。

出发信号响起后,运动员起跳(takeoff kick)入水;

游泳时,你需要手臂划水(stroke)、蹬腿(kick your legs),换气(change breath);

游到泳池另一端时,蹬壁(push off the wall)调头;

When he swimmed to the finish line, he touched the wall. 最后游到终点,他触壁完成比赛。

学游泳从狗刨开始,不需要太多技能,只要两手在胸前快速划水,稍微蹬蹬腿就行(paddle your hands quickly in front of you and kick your legs a little)。

The "breast stroke" is when you start with your arms together in front and draw them back in a wide circular motion.

蛙泳就是两臂在胸前伸直,然后画一个大圈划水的泳姿。

The "backstroke" is when you float on your back and swing one arm at a time up over your head, then pull it down toward your body again through the water.

仰泳就是仰面浮在水上,两臂轮流向后划水的泳姿。
