一条缺陷就滞留,下手有点狠?!

1月份,USCG总共滞留了两艘船舶,都是仅有的一条滞留缺陷而被滞留——USCG

缺陷代码:1499-other(prop.&aux.machinery)
缺陷:All the steering gear components and the rudder stock shall be of sound and reliable construction to the satisfaction of the Administration. When operating on any steering pump configuration on the bridge in nonfollow up mode, the rudder drifts to starboard.操舵装置的部件和舵杆应为主管机关认为满意的优质和可靠的构造(SOLASII-1第29条要求)。PSCO在驾驶台对舵机进行non-follow up模式测试时,舵向右舷移动。(这个缺陷是第一次看到,下次检查舵机时,可以试试)

缺陷代码:1430 - Auxiliary engines
缺陷:Each emergency generation set arranged to be automatically stated shall be equipped with starting devices approved by the administration with a stored energy capability of at least three consecutive start. A second source of energy shall be provided for an additional three starts within 30 minutes unless manual starting can be demonstrated to be effective. During the operational test, the observed emergency generator failed to start on primary battery power. The emergency generator also failed on second means of starting.布置成自动起动的每台应急发电机组应配备至少供三次连续起动的能源并经主管机关认可的起动装置。还应配备在30分钟内另加三次起动的第二能源,除非人工起动经演习证明是有效的(SOLAS公约II-2第44条的要求)。当PSCO测试时,蓄电池不能启动应急发电机,第二种启动方式同样无效。
