The copper coins of the Republic of China period are among the finest of modern Chinese coins. They are deeply rooted in history, are highly valued revolutionary relics, and have profound historical significance. Because the political and financial vicissitudes of modern China are all embodied in a small coin, they are rare objects for archaeology and the study of Chinese history and culture, and they are also high-grade collectibles with both appreciative value and useful value. With their withdrawal from the circulation market, they have become increasingly popular among collectors.
In 1911, the victory of the Revolution of 1911, the Republic of China announced the establishment of the Qing dynasty ended 267 years of rule. Faced with financial difficulties at the beginning of its establishment, the Sichuan military government quickly took over the Chengdu Mint and decided to mint "Sichuan copper coins" as an emergency. In the first year of the Republic, the Sichuan military government ordered the Sichuan Chengdu Mint to make "Sichuan Copper Coin".
The military government made Sichuan copper coins during the Revolution of 1911. In the "Chengdu Mutiny", the former Sichuan Fan Ku, Daqing Bank, Xunchuan Yuan Bank, and various banks, banks and shops were robbed by rioters. After the establishment of the new Sichuan military government, it was confronted with a situation of financial embarrassment that required increasing demands and excessive expenditure. The junta quickly took over the Chengdu Mint in Sichuan and decided to coin "Sichuan copper" as an emergency measure. In April of the first year of the Republic (1912), the Chengdu Mint in Sichuan, at the behest of the Sichuan military government, opened a mold to make "Sichuan copper coins made by the military government" (also known as "Han" copper coins).
The front side of the coin is minted with a bead ring, with the word "Sichuan Copper Coin" inside. The central pattern is a beautiful lotus flower, symbolizing Chengdu, Chengdu, and the outside of the coin is minted with the word "Made by the Military Government", worth "One Hundred Pieces of Pawn Coin". The central design on the back of the coin is a large seal character "Han", which represents the meaning of the new government, highlighting the expel of Tataris. The word "Han" is surrounded by 18 small circles, symbolizing the 18 provinces that responded to the Revolution of 1911, with the word "Republic of China two years" above.
Sichuan Copper Coin Coin Coin One hundred has been regarded as invaluable by collectors. Regional regime issued money in a relatively short time, coupled with the circulation of small areas, the value of the coined money is not poor. In addition, as a result of the bank notes, copper coins issued less, so the price is higher. Sichuan copper coins are used to make a hundred pieces of money.
With the change of the times, there are many kinds of ancient coins in our country, and collectors are becoming more and more active. More and more people begin to pay attention to the value of ancient coins. Copper coins have a long history. They have been deposited over the years from the time they were issued to the present, bearing the weight of history and culture. One can imagine how valuable copper coins would have been to this time. However, the number of copper coins in existence is relatively small, and its collection and appreciation of the space is unlimited. Coin is the product of history, with irreplaceable value of cultural relics, is a historical witness.
