比如你不小心把饭菜沾到衣服上了, 就可以说oops~
there he goes again字面意思就是”他又一次去了那, 做了那事”

比如说你观察一只猫咪, 它喜欢伸懒腰, 它又伸了一次懒腰, 就可以用there he goes again

由于这里he弱读为[i]

h打头的代词常常弱读省略h
如何判断是前者呢? 因为上一句是It’s not easy if you have no hands
上一句是在讲鱼, 所以这句的again也是在说鱼

注意这句意思是说: 鱼又把clam弄掉了
而不是: 鱼又尝试了一次
