HISTORY：

A 55-year-old man presents with dysphagia.

Barium swallow:

Spot film of the upper esophagus in single contrast. There are multiple, small, flask-shaped outpouchings from the esophageal lumen. Where visible, the neck of these outpouchings is very narrow.

DIFFERENTIAL  DIAGNOSIS：

1.Intramural pseudodiverticulosis

2.Esophagitis

3.True esophageal diverticula
