岗位1：中文编辑
薪金：可商议
岗位职责：
1. 承担微信公众号“百万庄通讯社”的选题策划及实施工作；
2. 约请相关行业专家撰写评论文章或独立采写、编辑稿件；
3. 关注外媒舆情，并撰写相关主题文章；
4. 负责新媒体相关内容的文案策划，与设计人员配合制作，如H5策划等；
5. 其他相关工作。
职位要求：
1. 国际新闻、英文、国际关系等相关专业。
2. 本科及以上学历，有3年以上传统媒体相关编辑经验者优先；
3. 长期关注国际新闻，对国际关系有独到见解，能够撰写国际新闻评论及相关文案；
4. 出色的英语功底，可以快速并准确地编译英语新闻等；
5. 思维活跃，有一定活动策划能力和组织经验者优先；
6. 熟悉新媒体运营，有微信公众平台、微博以及其他自媒体平台的推广经验。
岗位2：英文编辑
薪金：可商议
岗位职责：
1. 负责微信英文公众号的运营管理，包含内容编辑、日常维护、活动策划、粉丝互动等；
2. 根据China Focus风格特点编写发布各种感染力、传播力强的内容；
3. 约稿、编辑、翻译、采写英文稿件；
4. 其他相关工作。
职位要求：
1. 有敏锐的洞察力，能发现更多新闻热点与视角；
2. 有较强的逻辑思维能力和英文写作能力，工作语言为英文；
3. 有知名媒体工作经验，或新媒体产品制作经验者优先；
4. 熟悉政治、国际关系、经济新闻者优先；
5. 具有较高的工作效率，较强的团队精神和合作能力；
6. 有海外留学或工作经验者优先；
7. 可以熟练使用PS、PR、AE、ID等软件，掌握视频拍摄制作技能、热爱摄影者优先。
岗位3： 市场运营与品牌专员
薪金：可商议
岗位职责：
1. 负责市场拓展，联络地方政府、企业及其他相关机构开展商务合作，探索盈利模式，维护合作关系；
2. 负责品牌国内外推广、宣传产品的制作策划等；
3. 协助项目负责人组织策划国内外的推广活动；
4. 日常维护管理品牌形象、提升品牌价值。
职位要求：
1. 市场营销、品牌管理、商业管理等相关专业，英语水平四级以上；
2. 有较强的逻辑思维能力和策划管理及执行能力，可独立完成工作；
3. 具有较强的抗压、沟通协调及整合资源的能力，及较高的工作效率，较强的团队精神和合作能力；
4. 有市场营销、品牌管理、商务合作等相关工作经验，具有一定的人脉和资源；
5. 有一定的时政、经济、新闻等专业知识的优先；
6. 有海外留学或相关工作经验者优先。
外籍岗位

Position 1: 社交媒体编辑
Social media content editor and operator（1）
Monthly salary: Negotiable
Responsibilities:
1. Run social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube), and market content.
2. Produce content including articles, photos, videos, based on current issues in China which will attract overseas readers.
3. Plan coverage and give advice on content.
4. Plan online and offline activities, increase social media fans and expand popularity.
5. Conduct interviews and host programs.
6. Other duties as required.
Job requirements:
1. English native speaker only.
2. Bachelor degree or above; major in Journalism, management, economics or other relevant subject.
3. Theoretical understanding of china and professional background in politics, economics or history is preferred.
4. Work experience in Chinese media or marketing.
5. Strong verbal communication and writing skills.
6. Creative, responsible and self-motivated person.
7. Familiar with social media, website operation and marketing.
Position 2: 可视化产品设计
Visual products designer（1）
Monthly salary: Negotiable
Responsibilities:
1. Designing and making visual products like pictures, videos and infographics for China Focus.
2. Excellent understanding of global social media, website visual products and their patterns.
3. Assist in selecting topics and writing relevant scripts for these products.
4. Other duties as required.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in relevant majors, native English speakers are preferred.
2. Capable of designing and making English visual products independently.
3. Those with working experience in media or in designing and making English new media products are preferred.
Position 3: 英文改稿专家
Senior proofreader（1）
Monthly salary: Negotiable
Requirements:
1. Native English speaker, with preference given to candidates with some fluency in Chinese.
2. Preference will be given to candidates who possess experience working with traditional media or news websites.
3. Bachelor degree or above.
4. Highly articulate and willing to communicate and cooperate.
5. Major in English literature, English language, politics, business, law and other relevant major.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for finalizing all articles or other content.
2. Responsible for controlling the correctness and sensitivity of political and economic content for China Focus.
3. Responsible for optimizing the wording.
4. Polish English articles, pictures, videos, and other text-related content published by China Focus.
Position 4: 兼职撰稿人
Freelance opportunity （several）
Position: Columnist for China Focus
Monthly salary: payment per article
Responsibilities:
1. Awareness of which current issues in China will attract overseas readers.
2. Ability to express original opinions on international affairs，economy，international relations，business and politics etc.
Job requirements:
1. A portfolio of previously published work (articles in media or social media) is essential – experience as a columnist or editor with domestic or overseas media/website is preferred.
2. Bachelor degree or above.
3. Theoretical understanding of china and professional background in politics, economics or history is preferred.
4. Strong writing skills.

岗位职责：
1. 负责“百万庄通讯社”选题的实施；
2. 浏览各大国际新闻网站，搜集相关资料、编译英语新闻等。
任职要求：
1. 对国际新闻有强烈的兴趣，国际新闻、英文专业优先；
2. 学历本科以上，有良好的英语能力；
3. 个性热情积极主动，抗压能力强，协同能力强。
英文编辑实习生（2名）
薪金：有餐补、稿酬
岗位职责：
1. 负责英文网站和海外社交媒体平台的日常管理；
2. 制定选题，规划稿件方向；
3. 根据外电和国内外知名网站编写，编译稿件；
4. 负责不同平台的排版、互动；
5. 编辑、校对外文稿件；
6. 视频剪辑、图片处理；
7. 领导交办的其它工作。
任职要求：
1. 大学本科及以上文凭，视频制作、多媒体制作与传播、英文、新闻学等相关专业，熟悉国际政治，经济等报道领域，英文报道阅读熟练，会剪辑视频，熟练使用PR等剪辑软件；
2. 英文功底扎实，英语四六级水平及以上，具备较强的口语水平；
3. 有视频脚本撰写、视频制作等经验者优先；
4. 会使用PR、PS等视频剪辑、图片处理软件优先；
