树屋信箱#7：写给小熊公仔的信

| 傍晚，茂密的白桦林湖边，袅袅炊烟升起。树屋主人路易先森在往门前树杈上挂油灯，小狗杰克懒懒地趴在树桩台阶上小憩，大橘猫凯丽正盯着旁边烧烤架上滋滋作响的烤羊肉，屋顶上的小山雀啄着它从小兔子卡瑞那里抢来的半个蘑菇。

猫头鹰斯里兰卡展翅飞过来，停在栅栏门边的红色邮筒上，将一个蓝色信封投了进去。

听说，那些没有写收信人地址的信件都会被投递到这里……

A Letter to My Toy Bear

Dear Toy Bear,

Long time no see. I thought of you suddenly yesterday. So I want to write a letter to review the memory of you.

I remembered how happy I was the first time you came to my home. At that time I was only a child. So wherever I went, you would stay with me. But I was a careless girl, I always made my room in a mess till one day, I couldn't find you anymore.

Seven years later when my English teacher asked us to tell the story of a toy bear in the class, I realized that you were my best toy bear ever. I'm so sad that I miss you so much.

I do hope that you can come back to stay with me, though perhaps there is no chance. Thank you very much. Thank you for your coming into my life in my lost childhood.
