I never feel at ease for wish in mind;
The life is short, cuz it's but hard to find.
When sing I do not think sparse stars will fall;
But silence that I hear makes me mess gall.
Don’t ask me who I am on earth so clear;
What does it matter where I go from here?
The lights burned out at night when insects sing;
The dawn'll come an' make me play many a string.

A funny prose can get me through this fall，
I won't stop seeking noble mind at all.
The maple leaves are frosted like wild weed;
The poetry tours with clouds thro the space freed.
The vast and dark world is like a small deed;
The torrent swept away tall rowans treed.
I was in the mood to chant autumn crop,
And scratched my head a few times but can't stop.

I put some charcoals to make fire redder at least，
Too glad to sing the great river flowing the east.
Only can my ice bones be steamed in kitchen pot;
How can I take west wind t' sigh insects in clime hot?
I oft fly and wander among clouds in the sky,
Keeping my spirits and pose at end of earth aye.
A gust of the wind is blowing my green clothes ope;
There’d be the friends with same feelings as me I hope.

Ode To the Moon

If I shaked hands wi' you moon，you'd chill my hand,
I'd bounce you to the ninth heaven from land.
The moon you are filled with the yellow air;
Your icy heart is burnt with water there.
The fresh wind blows an' makes water show waves small,
And urgent waves meet red lotuses all.
I look up at the moon hidden in clouds,
But look down at the land, the green smoke shrouds.

Watching the Pond

The locust tree's filled with smoke in the summer rain;
The tough cicada's holding the drooping branch there.
The song you sing isn't the Yuefu tune in refrain;
I used to love red lotus flowers which I care.
What green and cool round drops that I have seen in here!
And they are falling like strings of hanging jade line.
In the wind afar' re stirring swallows' wings unclear;
The duckweeds in the small pool rise with water fine.

The Stormy Night on the Second Day after the Start of Autumn

At the Milky Way's mouth come loud thunder sounds oh ;
The drakan weaves autumn with shuttle to and fro.
Rain drops down from cracked glazed tiles like long strands of beads，
As if on th' vast land are ten thousand running steeds.
Before red steps of palace, loose bamboos did boom;
The Maitreya’s seat’s a lotus always in bloom.
At night the bell sound aloud came into our ears;
The waterfall on eaves roared together in gloom.
