【源】

源于十四世纪晚期的crasschen,意思是“break in pieces; make a loud, clattering sound”。

【音】

[kræʃ]

【义】

crash既可以用作名词,也可以用作动词,主要表示“撞击;坠毁”。如:

The building fell with a crash as loud as thunder.建筑物轰隆一声倒塌了,声如雷鸣。She was frightened that the plane would crash.她害怕飞机会坠毁。

该词大多用作动词,主要表示“美修理”。如:

She turned the chair on its side to repair it.她把椅子翻转过来修理。

repair也可以用作名词。如:
