Wukong gulped. "I used to meditate a lot," he thought. "But I haven't done it lately. I'm terrible at sitting still."
悟空咽了一口口水。“我过去经常坐禅。” 他想，“但我最近没坐过，我没办法一动不动地坐着。”
"Master, are you sure?" asked Wujing.
The Tang Monk nodded. "I've spent many years meditating. This contest will be easy for me."
“师父，你确定？” 悟净问。
唐僧点点头说：“我坐禅坐了很多年了。这次比赛对我来说很容易。”
Now the Tang Monk looked nervous. But before the monk could answer, Wukong clapped him on the back.

Then he whispered into the monk's ear. "Don't worry, Master. You just meditate. I'll handle everything else."
"What are you babbling about?" snapped the Tiger Immortal. "Let's start the contest."
他在唐僧耳边低声说：“别担心，师父。你只管坐禅。其他的事情我来处理。”
“你们还在说什么？” 虎力大仙说，“我们开始吧。”
After a moment the Tiger Immortal slowly floated up into the air.
过了一会儿，虎力大仙慢慢升到了空中。
"Don't worry," said Wukong. "I’ll help him."
Wukong recited a spell and then blew toward the Tang Monk. The monk lifted off the ground. His eyes remained closed. Soon he was floating next to the Tiger Immortal.
“别担心。” 悟空说，“我会帮助他的。”
悟空念了个咒语，朝着唐僧吹了口气。唐僧从地上升了起来。他的眼睛依然紧闭着。很快他就升到了虎力大仙的旁边。
"I'm pretty good at meditating too," said Bajie. "I should have competed with him.".
Wukong smirked. "It would take a lot of magic to lift you."
Bajie snorted.
“我也很会坐禅。” 八戒说，“我应该和他比一比。”
悟空笑了一声。“要抬起你可是要费很多法力的。”
八戒哼了一声。
"Uh-oh," said Bajie. "I wonder what's wrong."
"Maybe he has a headache," said Wujing. "What should we do? If the monk moves at all, he will lose the contest."
“啊。” 八戒说，“出什么事了。”
“可能他头痛吧。” 悟净说，“这可怎么办。如果师父动了，他就会输的。”
Wukong became invisible and flew up to the monk. A flea was crawling on the monk's head.
悟空隐身飞到了唐僧那里。有个跳蚤在唐僧的头上爬。
Wukong brushed the flea away and scratched the Tang Monk's head. The monk's face stopped twitching.
悟空赶走了跳蚤并挠了挠唐僧的头。唐僧的脸不再动了。
Wukong plucked one of his hairs and turned it into a centipede. He dropped the centipede onto the Tiger Immortal's head.
The Tiger Immortal's ear twitched as the centipede crawled over it.
悟空拔了根毫毛，变出了一只蜈蚣。他把蜈蚣扔到了虎力大仙的头上。
蜈蚣爬过了虎力大仙的耳朵。他的耳朵动了动。
“啊！” 虎力大仙大叫，“有东西咬我！”
Wukong and the Tang Monk came back down.
悟空和唐僧也回到了地上。
Wukong cleared his throat. "The Tiger Immortal was just an evil tiger spirit. Now he’s gone. I want you to help each other and everybody can live peacefully."
悟空清了清嗓子。“那虎力大仙其实是个邪恶的老虎精。现在他死了，我希望你们能互相帮助，和平相处。”
I challenge you to a meditation contest.
Whoever can meditate the longest without moving is the winner.
But I haven't done it lately.

The Tiger Immortal grinned.
But before the monk could answer, Wukong clapped him on the back.
